TITAN Group's credit rating upgraded by Standard & Poor's to BB+ with stable outlook due to strong operating performance

Titan Cement International announces the upgrade of its long-term credit rating by Standard & Poor's (S&P Global Ratings) by one notch from BB with a positive outlook, to BB+ with a stable outlook. The upgrade reflects Titan's strong operating performance over the past two years and the first half of 2024 and confirms its continued ability to finance the Group's Green Growth Strategy for 2026.

Following this upgrade, Titan's credit rating, as well as the senior unsecured Notes issued by TITAN GLOBAL FINANCE UK plc, are rated BB+ with a stable outlook by Fitch Ratings and S&P Global Ratings.
