ReBuilt R4 – High-strength, fiber-reinforced, cementitious concrete repairing mortar

ReBuilt R4 is a ready-to-use, dry, fiber-reinforced repair material based on gray cement.

It is recommended for routine repair work on concrete elements in thicknesses from 5 to 35 mm, per layer, for as many layers as deemed appropriate.

Features
  • Repair and restoration of cross-sections of concrete elements such as beams, columns, slabs, ramps, walls, etc.
  • Filling pores, cavities and other small imperfections, repairing corners, edges and overlaps,
  • Increasing and/or restoring the coating on reinforced concrete elements,
  • Repair of carbonated concrete.

It is certified with CE marking in accordance with the requirements of Class R4 of EN 1504- 9:2008.

Available in 12.5 kg & 25 kg packages, in 0.45 ton and 1.25 ton pallets respectively.
Indicative consumption ~1.6kg/m² per mm of layer thickness.
