(the "Company", "we", "us"), based in Greece at 22A Chalkidos Street, Athens 11143, is the controller of the personal data of the website users. www.intermix.gr, as collected and stored through it. For any issue regarding the processing of your personal data, including the exercise of your rights as well as your information regarding the weighing of our legitimate interest to process your personal data, where necessary, against your own interests, you can contact us at the email address dataprotection@titan-cement.com.

2. Categories of personal data, purposes of processing, legal basis and retention period of personal data

When you visit our website we collect and process your personal data depending on how you use our website. Therefore:

1. When you visit our website we collect and process your internet protocol address (IP address) and your movement on our website.  Purpose of processing this personal data is to record the use of our website in order to improve and protect it. legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the legitimate interest to ensure the smooth operation of our website and to manage it in the best possible way.  We will maintain this personal data of yours for 6 months period since your last visit to our website and then we will delete them.
2. When you complete the contact form on our website, or when you send us an email, we collect and process, as applicable, your first and last name, your country of origin, your email address, the company you represent and your position, as well as any information you record in the relevant contact form or in your email message.  Purpose of processing your personal data is to manage and respond to your request, question or observation and to inform and serve our shareholders and investors. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is (i) the legitimate interest our ability to conduct our business in the best possible way, serving our investors and shareholders, and (ii) our compliance with the legal obligations our, especially those provided for in capital market legislation.  We will maintain this personal data of yours for 6 months period from the date you send the contact form or email and then we will delete them.

Your personal data are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling. You have no legal or contractual obligation to provide us with your personal data. However, without it we will not be able to respond to your request or evaluate your CV.

3. Your rights

a. Right of Access. You have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation of the processing of your personal data, to request details of the processing activities and to obtain a copy of your personal data that is being processed.

b. Right to Rectification, Deletion and Restriction. You have the right to correct, delete or restrict the processing (as applicable) of your personal data. You can exercise each of these rights by submitting a relevant request via the email address dataprotection@titan-cement.com.
We will satisfy your right to access or correct your data within one month. If your request is complex or if you have submitted a large number of requests, we may need more time to satisfy your rights. In any case, we will inform you within one month if we will need more time.

Please note that requests that do not meet the requirements set out in applicable law or are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular due to their repetitive nature, may be requested to be redrafted or rejected and that certain personal data may be excluded from such access, correction and deletion requests, always in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

c. Right to Portability. You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and in certain cases we will transmit, at your request, your data to another controller, where technically feasible.

d. Right to Object. You have the right, in certain cases, to request that we stop processing your personal data, but if there are compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, we will continue to process your personal data. In any case, you have the right to object to the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling. If you do so, we will comply with your request.

e. Right against automated decision-making: You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

4. Recipients and international transfers of your personal data

Your personal data is processed only by the Company's employees, if necessary for the performance of their duties. We share your personal data with subsidiaries of the Company outside Greece. We also share your personal data with third parties outside the Company as follows:

a. With service providers for the purpose of operating, maintaining and technical supporting our website as well as providing data analysis services from your use of our website.
