2. Categories of personal data, purposes of processing, legal basis and retention period of personal data
When you visit our website we collect and process your personal data depending on how you use our website. Therefore:
- When you visit our website we collect and process your internet protocol address (IP address) and your movement on our website. Purpose of processing this personal data is to record the use of our website in order to improve and protect it. legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the legitimate interest to ensure the smooth operation of our website and to manage it in the best possible way. We will maintain this personal data of yours for 6 months period since your last visit to our website and then we will delete them.
- When you complete the contact form on our website, or when you send us an email, we collect and process, as applicable, your first and last name, your country of origin, your email address, the company you represent and your position, as well as any information you record in the relevant contact form or in your email message. Purpose of processing your personal data is to manage and respond to your request, question or observation and to inform and serve our shareholders and investors. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is (i) the legitimate interest our ability to conduct our business in the best possible way, serving our investors and shareholders, and (ii) our compliance with the legal obligations our, especially those provided for in capital market legislation. We will maintain this personal data of yours for 6 months period from the date you send the contact form or email and then we will delete them.

Your personal data are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling. You have no legal or contractual obligation to provide us with your personal data. However, without it we will not be able to respond to your request or evaluate your CV.
3. Your rights
a. Right of Access. You have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation of the processing of your personal data, to request details of the processing activities and to obtain a copy of your personal data that is being processed.
b. Right to Rectification, Deletion and Restriction. You have the right to correct, delete or restrict the processing (as applicable) of your personal data. You can exercise each of these rights by submitting a relevant request via the email address dataprotection@titan-cement.com.
We will satisfy your right to access or correct your data within one month. If your request is complex or if you have submitted a large number of requests, we may need more time to satisfy your rights. In any case, we will inform you within one month if we will need more time.
