Improving our footprint

The TITAN Group Environmental Policy reflects our commitment to sustainable development and our approach to the challenges and opportunities arising from climate change.

The main elements of our environmental policy include impact assessment of our activities, quarry rehabilitation, protection of local biodiversity, conservation and management of water resources, resource recovery and waste management, developing an environmentally responsible culture with our partners, as well as, in general, incorporating relevant innovations into our strategy.

We are committed to complying with national and European environmental legislation and the corresponding local regulations. At the same time, we invest in facilities, know-how and management systems, we collaborate with key stakeholders in local communities, and we cultivate environmental sensitivity to our employees, seeking to continuously improve our environmental performance through a long-term, responsible and proactive approach.

Like all Titan business units in Greece, we monitor our environmental performance and have strict certifications and environmental management systems in place.

With the aim of continuously improving our environmental footprint, we systematically monitor the environmental performance of our activities, while setting targets for the reduction of air emissions, the protection of biodiversity, the restoration of quarries and the management and recycling of water.
